\n\t Our villa\t <\/h3>\t
\n\t

Vista Alegre is a villa located 1st line in front of the Mediterranean sea on the village of Javea. With a surface of about 450 sqm it has a standard capacity for 10 guests distributed on 3 rooms with double beds and 2 more with two single beds (optionally these can be chosen as made as double bed). If the stay is for 11 or 12 guests an additional double room would be available. There are a total of 4 bathrooms (one ensuite), kitchen (with osmosis water machine), dining room and a sitting room with sea views next to a wide terrace. On the ground floor, it has a spacious hall where it can be chosen different areas for relaxing (table games, pool table, bar, wide TV, ping-pong). All the rooms have air conditioning (heat\/cool). The villa has Satellite TV and Wi-Fi within the building and a small laptop.<\/p>

On the outside, there is a barbecue and a fantastic private swimming pool with a spa corner, both surrounded by a garden and a terrace with hammocks with lovely sea views. Up to 4 cars can be parked inside in a row.<\/p>

For bookings in winter there are two powerful pellet stoves on ground and first floors to warm quickly common areas. We have a regular cleaning service. For bookings of more than 5 days we do an intermediate cleaning in the common areas, without changing the sheets and towels. For bookings of more than 10 days we do change the sheets and towels. Please note that on the arrival date you will be allowed to check-in at 16.00 hours and on the departure date you must leave the villa by 11.00 hours (although the cleaning team will access the plot at 10.00 hours). Sometimes, if the villa is ready before 16:00, we will allow you to enter earlier, or if there are no other guests on the day of departure, we will allow you to leave later.
Saturday to Saturday bookings are compulsory in high season. Please ask us if you have any questions.
Guests will be welcomed by the villa owners for a tour of the villa to familiarise themselves with the villa and share useful information. Any issues that may arise during your stay will be dealt with at short notice by the owners who live only a few kilometres away.
Minimum age to rent: 28 years old. Pets are allowed.
Children: Children of any age are welcome. Children under two years of age will be provided with a cot with mattress and bedding, as well as a high chair for feeding.
Smoking: Smoking is permitted in the outdoor areas. Smoking is prohibited inside the villa.
PARTIES OR EVENTS (especially stag\/hen parties) are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN and will be grounds for immediate termination of the rental contract.
It is compulsory for guests to dispose of their rubbish. There is a plot where the containers are if you wish to do it on foot, as well as a large container with wheels for transport. However, it is recommended to throw it away with the car due to the long distance.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Our villa location is at 8 minutes by walk from the \u201cArenal\u201d sandy beach and Javea\u2019s most popular pub & restaurant area, 15 minutes from the port area and 10 minutes from the nearest big supermarket. However, we would recommend you to hire a car in the case that you would like to visit Javea\u2019s beautiful coves, lighthouses and other viewpoints which are a few kilometres away, or even take what you buy at the supermarket.<\/p>

In the case you wished to contract a shuttle airport transfer we have a recommendation from our guests along the past years. Please let us know so we can share it with you.<\/p>

Also, we may give you instructions if you wished to buy on-line groceries from a Spanish supermarket but in English language which can be delivered to the villa at the gap of time that you select. There is also a smaller British supermarket nearby which, although you cannot order a delivery, you will be able to buy there groceries imported from UK.
